The Great American Dream
has always been "owning your own home"!

The National Association of Realtors recently published a report  saying the median price for an existing single family home is over $200,000 (national average). Your new home may be more or less, but we would agree that the purchase of a home could well be the single largest investment you will ever make. Oftentimes eager buyers will become emotionally attached to a particular feature of a room, a corner fireplace, a sunken dining room, a Jacuzzi, or perhaps the landscaping. The job of a professional inspector is to thoroughly and impartially examine the physical structure and various systems of the home you are considering and then give you an unbiased report as to its current condition. The cost for this service is often less than half a house payment. Doesn’t it make sense to obtain an objective report before you commit to this long-term investment?

The inspector you select for your home can make all the difference. Individual inspectors have varying qualifications, experience, equipment, reporting methods, and pricing. While all of these have importance, a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector’s own effort. When you ask me to inspect your home, I promise to inspect it as if it were my own investment.
